We are new to Brick Owl and looking to establish ourselves on the platform. You will see that we have very little feedback - but we all have to start somewhere right? We've worked hard over the recent months to get our inventory listed. We will be adding more items and lots as soon as we can! Thank you for your support 

Brick Quality:

New Bricks - These have only been handled to be parted from new sets.

Used Bricks - The description will provide detailed information on the condition of the brick. We use the following descriptions on our used bricks that have had a previous life:

1. Used (Like New) - They may have hairline scratches but they should not have any major damage such as dents or chips. 

2. Used (Good) - These items may have some minor damage such as a few small scratches or dents.

3.  Used (Acceptable) - These items have seen better times, they may have dents, chips or scratches and the colour may have faded.

Fullfillment:

All orders recieved Monday to Saturday by 13:00 GMT will be shipped same day.

Enviromental shipping:

We try to reduce packaging waste to protect the enviroment. We regularly pack several lots into one zip bag and reuse packaging material when possile. If you wish your order to be packed into individual lots and have new packaging please let us know in the comments section of the order.

Order Discrepancies:

We are only human and if you find a discrepancy with an order upon reciept, contact us and we will either issue a partial refund or send out any substitute/replacement pieces immediately.

Feedback:

We leave positive feedback for buyers as soon as the package is shipped. Leaving feedback in return is always appreciated. Please contact us in the event of any issue before leaving neutral or negative feedback to allow us the opportunity to work with you to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
